The Nest but not really loving it so far
I read it for the book club, we were not fans either, felt disappointed
I stopped reading it and started the new Emily Griffin one
so much better :)

the first I went to the library i could not remember the name of the author so I had to go back for a second trip

Losing Hope is an awesome book but I think you will enjoy it more if you read Hopeless first.

Losing Hope is an awesome book but I think you will enjoy it more if you read Hopeless first.
based on this post I tried to get that book, no library has it right now, so I'll move forward with out.
I was wondering more about Hope and what happened to her

Behind Closed Doors. Its really affecting me, the abuse in the book (mental, not physical) is horrific. I cant put it down though because I need to see what happens. This author is twisted.
I am reading this now.
Just started it a few days ago and I can not put it down.
When I'm not reading it, I'm thinking about it.
It's sick and terrifying.

I couldn't put down The Cursed Child! It was so hard to start something after because I wanted to stay in Potter universe.
Just finished Lily and the Octopus. For all dog lovers out there, this one is for you.

I was just on vacation and read:
"Truly Madly Guilty" by Liane Moriarty (which was interesting but not as good as some of her previous books, imo... very character driven, too, not plot-driven, so it depends if you like that kind of read)
"Nantucket Sisters" by Nancy Thayer -- Not life changing but good, light beach read
"Santorini Sunsets" by Anita Hughes - Same as above (good, light summer read... I'll definitely read more of her books).
I'm currently reading "Where They Found Her" by Kimberly McCreight.

What are you reading right now??
Just finished reading reconstructing Jacob. Really enjoyed it. Read where they found her after that. Not as good but I enjoyed it also. Now reading Big Little Lies because it was recommend but can't seem to get into it.

I just finished this book..it took me forever!! I have read a bunch of her books and this one was definitely my least favorite. Interesting, but it really dragged for me.
Just started Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter.

I totally agree. I kept putting it off and then decided to jump on it.
I was disappointed in this book. It started out great but I found the "reason" for what happened far fetched and a little ridiculous.

Reading The Girl Before by Rena Olsen. Cannot put it down, I'm sneaking reading it on my phone at work! It's not exactly a psychological thriller because you kind of know what is going on from the beginning but the way the backstory unfolds simultaneously with the present time is just very well written.

I totally agree. I kept putting it off and then decided to jump on it.
I didn't like it at all. I thought the main character was so lame - made terrible decisions and everything that happened was just so "convenient" to the story line. I was really disappointed in the book
