tell me I'm not crazy, school related.
So I decided to not go to school online but now they are giving a hassle and they don't want to return my enrollment fee.
this is what it says.
* Applicants who are not accepted for admissions will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
* Students wishing to cancel the agreement within 5 business days of signing the enrollment agreement will receive a refund of the $100 enrollment fee. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the college.
* Students wishing to cancel the enrollment agreement after 5 business days of signing but at least 91 days prior to the original start date will receive a full refund of the $100 enrollment fee.
* Students wishing to cancel the enrollment agreement after 5 business days of signing but within 90 days of their original start date will receive a refund of all monies paid except the application and enrollment fee.
I applied April 20, but that's still 90 days before May 11.
I need my money back.

i think they're adhering to their policy:
Students wishing to cancel the enrollment agreement after 5 business days of signing but within 90 days of their original start date will receive a refund of all monies paid except the application and enrollment fee.

I would say you're not going to get the enrollment fee back. YOu can try to dispute the charges, but all they're going to need to do is send them a copy of what you posted above & the credit card company is going to reverse the charges.

but I'm still within the 90 days.
right, but it says you'd receive a refund of all monies paid, EXCEPT the appl. and enrollment fee.

If the start date is May 11th you aren't at least 91 days prior to the start date though.

The last two statements are confusing, I had to read it over several times, but what I read was:
If you notify them more than 90 days before you start, you can get the enrollment fee back
If you notify them when there are less than 90 days before you start, you don't get back the enrollment fee.

Don't get your hopes down... what did they say when they got back to you? Have them explain both statements, because it DOES sound contradictory.
they did and basically that they are not giving me the money back so they told me to contact student suppport which I did so they said they would look into it.
it was going to be too much money to do it full time and part time wasn't worth it to me so I decided to pay less and go back to F. I.T.
I just need to reapply and that's it.

adding in your signing date and start date, the policy would read like this:
* Students wishing to cancel the enrollment agreement after APRIL 25TH (after 5 business days of signing) but at least 91 days prior to May 11th (the original start date) will receive a full refund of the $100 enrollment fee.
you ARE supposed to get your $$$ back.

it says if she wants to cancel the enroll. agreement AFTER 5 days of signing....
