Things Are Not Looking So Good - No heartbeat - UPDATE ON PAGE 1
Yesterday after work I went home and I started to feel crampy and spotting lightly. I called my midwife and she told me to head on to L&D. I got there they decided to do some bloodwork and a vaginal sonogram. I am 10 weeks.
The sonogram showed the baby in the uterus but they did not get any heartbeat at all. Also, the fetus is measuring at 6 weeks instead of 10 weeks so it seems as if it was not growing. They diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage. I will go back tomorrow and they will look more at my HCG level and also do another sonogram to confirm my diagnosis. If it is confirmed then they will remove fetus.
My DH and I are so devastated and I have been crying non stop. I know that maybe this is for the best that is why my body is rejecting it for whatever reason but I cannot help feeling so devavstated and heartbroken.
I will not question God because he knows best and he knows why this happening so I am leaving it in his hands. I am trying to maintain a positive outlook but it is very difficult at the moment.
***********UPDATE**************
Ladies, it is over now. The sonogram and my HCG Level confirmed that it was not a good pregnancy.
Yesterday, I started having contractions and passing the fetus on my own so they had to rush me to OR to perform the D&C right away. It is a very sad and emotional experience for us and words cannot described what I am feeling. Leaving the hospital last night after everything was quite emotional for us.
However, despite this ordeal we are trying to put our trust in God and I know he knows best and he will see us through.
Once again, thanks for the HUGE support and to those who take the time to send me FM's I am so GRATEFUL!! You guys are wonderful and very supportive. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

I'm in pretty much the SAME boat as you.
They diagnosed me with "missed miscarriage" yesterday. My body doesn't know it yet.
I'm sooooo sooooo sorry for you.
