Hi I'm Devon - My son Joey was born in November of 2009 and I'd like to loose 20lbs.
Diet: I don't do WW or any of those, it never works for me b/c I end up getting frustrated. I'm going to work on portion control and snacking (especially at work) Also drink more water
Workout Plan: c25k 3x a week with or without Joey in the stroller JM on demand 3x a week (her yoga is really good) Abs everyday 1 day rest
I'm usually a total failure at working out unless I have motivation (which is never, except in college with my girlfriends right before spring break and before my wedding)
ETA- I can't give up wine though. LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, I'm Gabi! Thanks for starting this Hayley- I really need to get back on the wagon.
Diet: WW online Drink water! (I suck at this!)
Workout Plan: C25k 3x a week Zumba (home dvds) 3x a week Situps everyday 1 day rest
I have alot of weight to lose since I was very overweight before having my 2 beautiful DDs back to back. Ultimately, I need to lose 100 lbs. But, my mini goal right now is 25 lbs.

I already tecah 4 Zumba classes a week, but I wanted to also find some more time to work on abs and weight training, so:

I'm in!! I'm Kimmie and I'm an eat a holic! I can't stop eating haha. Anyway my DS is 11 months old and I've been battling with my weight for the past 6 years! I've lost my pre pregnancy weight but am trying to lose another 40-50 pounds.
DIET: Eat 1200 calories a day/5 small meals a day
EXERCISE: p90 6 days a week Wii Fit 6 days a week Biggest Loser for Wii 6 days a week

Ok since I had so much motivation thanks to you ladies, I did my first c25k I downloaded the app for my iphone, it was AWESOME!
I did it and I loved it
however I didn't almost pass out b/c I was running, I almost passed out b/c a dog came CHARGING at me. . .however, they had an invisible fence (which I was unaware of at the time!) it scared the crap out of me and gave me an additional 60 second running interval

Do you have an iphone/itouch? The app was great.
I meant to do abs right after and forgot before I got in the shower I'll be doing it before bed!

Couch to 5K Mon, Weds, Thurs
Wii workout Tues, Fri, Sat on lunch break
Rest on Sunday
I will also be limiting portions and no more unhealthy snacking.
Day 1 of no smoking WILL be June 1
