Saturday Sunday and Monday:
30 mins of run/walk on the treadmill. 1.5 miles. 100 crunches on the incline all three days. down one lb.

Did 30 day shred level 1 , 3 days last week, kayaked saturday, and walked ALL DAY at the zoo Sunday. Monday off. Dis pretty well with my points, this week, but def. need to get control, it's a slow out with the bad, in with the good. Lost only 1/2 lb

I was away over the weekend, so I'm starting everything today. Initial WI - Oh Lordy! Start c25k tonight, so I'll report back tomorrow on my endurance.
ETA: Since I tend to see inches lost faster than lbs I'm having DH do my measurements tonight.

Sat.. only did 8 min abs/ 8 min arms DVD with 3 lb weights.
Sun.. did 20 min on elliptical plus 2 reps of 15 on 3 different leg machines & 1 arm machine.
Mon.. DAY 1 of 30 day shred & my endurance was terrible. I couldn't even get through the entire DVD. I may be doing this longer than 30 days.
Tues.. Feel no soreness from yesterday's 30 day shred DVD. DS just went down for a nap & I never know how much time he'll nap for so I am going to start 8 min abs/ arms ASAP.

Im down 2lbs. Did eliptical for 45 minutes reach day on a resistence of 10. Challenged my HR by adding a resistence of 12 ever 5 minutes for 30 secs and then dropped back down to 10. Had trainer 2x this week, we did cardio and weight training, planks and push ups and alot of new abs. Gotta keep on trucking. This is was i did during the week, i walked on my lunch breaks at the hospital over the weekend b/c i worked the whole holiday weekend. Today 6/1 had an hour training session.

Lost 4.2 lbs since last week, for a total of 14.2 in 3 weeks!
I've been doing couch to 5k for a while now. This week I ran 1.2 miles, pushing for 1.5 next time.

I'd like to join, please!
Nicole 10mos post partum I currently weigh less than the day I got my BFP, but I'm still heavy. I'm taking steriods for an autoimmune situation I have going on, so I'm constantly bloated and still look pg.
I have PCOS, so I find cutting carbs is the only way I lose weight.
I'm down 11lbs in the last month, but it all came off my hips/thighs. My top half and stomach are my biggest problem areas.
Diet: Low GI diet (basically I eat like a diabetic) 1200 cals a day Increased water intake
Workout Plan: continue to walk the baby in the stroller every night sit ups before bed maybe try a DVD [I'm very limited in my exercise time. I have between 10, sometimes 10:30 and 11pm and that's about it.]
Goal: I need to lose 50lbs total, but I don't think that's realistic. I haven't weighed that since middle school. I'd love it though!
I'd ideally like to drop 20lbs before my sister's wedding 7/16.

This was my first week on Weight Watchers and when I weighed in today I was -1.8 which isn't bad considering the crazy holiday weekend we had!
I would like to lose about 50 lbs to be back to my prepreggo size.

Completed W1D1 of c25k - What a night - I had a minor breakdown because it started pouring just as DH came home. DS woke up & it ended up being the first night of CIO. Between the two & me REALLY wanting to start this I just did it. Thankfully the rain cleared before my warm up ended. I completed it. Need to change my route - just so happens that every time I had to run I was going up a hill
Now to find a video for tomorrow night. I have so many - some still in wrappers I want to be prepared so I have no excuses.

just did day one of the JM 30 Day SHred.....I think I saw the light....you know the one people talk about right when you are about to die, LOL.
That was NO joke!
I also did day 1 of week 2 of the c25k today.
Im not normally going to do the DVD and the c25k on the same day, but I cheated and had Burger King for dinner so I felt I needed to.

Having a rough start. Walked, did 30 day shred every day, tracked and stayed on WW plan, but was UP 1.6 lbs. I'm disgusted and frustrated but determined. Digging really deep to stay on course-hope to have better news next week

Goal: to lose 40 pounds, eat healthy, get my baby belly under control and wear by pre-pregnancy clothes again.
Week 1 (so far): Started cooking WW meals for every dinner and staying away from sugar and high caloric meals.
Down 2.8 pounds!!

I did my first day of Couch to 5k yesterday and WOW... I must be REALLY out of shape!
That was incredibly difficult for me! I honestly didn't think I was going to make it through. I almost stepped off because I was dying, but then it said it was my LAST run - so I pushed through! Even with the 5 minute cool-down, when I stopped the treadmill, I literally almost passed out! How embarrassing would that have been??? My vision started going black and I had to grab the side of the treadmill and sit down. UGH - I hate how out of shape I am!
Today I'm feeling it, but not as bad as I thought it would be! I have to say I'm glad that it's not an everyday thing because I don't think I could do it!
Tonight I'll do some on-demand ABS stuff...
And hopefully tomorrow do W1D2 of C25k as long as my neck is feeling better! I'm hoping I just slept on it wrong, but my neck is killing me today!

i swear in a week itll be easier! i thought I could die the first two days, but today I did day 2 of week 2 and it was definitely easier than even starting out last week! Just stick with it....IT DOES GET EASIER!

today, I did W2D2 of c25k...the last two 90 seconds and running were challenging and I definitely had to push through them.
I also did the Perfect Abs DVD today for the first time (I did 2 of the 3 of the 8 min beginner workouts) and WOW, thats some workout in 8 minutes.
