Week 13 update-
Body- My size 10s are fitting a little bit looser! I also fit into a dress that I haven't worn since I was like 18 It was tight but just the fact that I could fit into it is an accomplishment
Endurance- Better. I can bounce around zumba for an hour and still have energy left
Diet-I'm down around 6 pounds in 2 weeks.
Exercise- Zumba class 2x a week and I do some at home the other days too

Week 13 Update
Body - wore a pair of jeans yesterday that I haven't worn since before PG.
Endurance - Getting better!
Diet Progress - down 1.8 - so excited about this because I had a wedding on Friday & was totally in control.
Exercise Progress - c25k when I can.

Week 14 update
Body - I tried some pants I did not wear in 2.5+ years and they fit.
Endurance - Getting better
Diet Progress - 1.8 Lbs this week. I am officially pre DS weight. I had weight to lose already when I got PG but now I am looking at "just" another 40 Lbs or so.
Exercise Progress - Just work.

I've been bad....vacation will do that to ya.
Body - I'm happy with the way my clothes are fitting, I just wish I was back into my old size. I have a feeling though I may never will be and I'm starting to be okay with that.
Endurance - eh, a little weaker lately.
Diet Progress - a total yo-yo. I'm on WW and I calculate the pts in my head but I haven't been really sticking with it all. Been lazy about it. I've recalculated my goal weight so now I'm 3.2 lbs away but I can see myself fluctuating with those lbs forever anyway.
Exercise Progress - Last week I went to Stroller Strides 5 days in a row! I was so happy about that...but now that I go back to work in a couple days I have no idea when/where I'll be working out. Looks like I'll have to try the 30ds again. I need a class to motivate me!! Hoping they'll add afternoon classes soon!

Week 14
Body-getting slimmer, my butt and stomach are more toned because of zumba (thanks Kristi!)
Endurance-need to work on it more. I've noticedc myself out of breath while walking around on campus
Diet progress-lost around 2 lbs. I'm 10 ounces away from weighing 149
Exerc ise progress- slowed down a bit, my fall semester just started and I don't have much time.

Can I join please?? DD is 7.5 weeks and I am ready to start running again!

Diet - drink more water, eat more veggies, start cooking more again
Workout Plan - Run 3 miles, 3 times per week, work up to 4-5 miles. Goals - Tighten up my midsection, regain my endurance and speed (I was always slow, but now I am even slower than I used to be)
