6 month apt rentals
Anyone know any complexes that rent for 6 months and allow pets? We are trying to sell the current house we live in and want to have a back up plan if we have to move

I live in a Heatherwood complex in Ronkonkoma. They do 6 month rentals and allow pets. There is a premium on 6 month rentals of $300 a month, I think.

You'd probably have greater success/more options looking at whole house rentals (or apartments within homes). In my experience, there's more flexibility dealing with an individual landlord versus a management company.
