6 mth olds on Solids HELP
When you started DC on solids what was/is your meal plan. Right now she gets a bottle of BM(8oz) with a serving of cereal. Then at lunch another bottle(5oz) with veggies, for 3pm feeding its another bottle with BM(8oz), dinner is 5oz bottle with cereal and fruit mixed and nursing on demand till bedtime. Is it enough? She's 6 mths
I dont remember it being this complicated with DD #1

Re: 6 mth olds on Solids HELP
We give cereal and a veggie before her last bottle. It seems to really fill her up and we wee told we shouldn't give more than 1-2 servings of cereal per day.

Re: 6 mth olds on Solids HELP
I think they still need about 28 oz of milk or so.
For us at 8.5 months (2 months after starting solid).
- breakfast (mix of oatmeal/milk with apples) and 5 oz bottle - veggies and 4 oz bottle - 7 oz bottle - fruit (apple, pear) with 4 oz bottle - 7 oz bottle
