UPDATED - FTWM HOYT FARM let's play hooky GTG (but all are invited)
When - Wednesday, July 13th
Where - Hoyt Farm
Time - 10am until whenever we want, picnic area at noon. FM headoverheels if you don't know her name to give at the gate 
-It is $35 for a permit for 50 people. LB reserved the permit and we ask that everyone bring $1 the day of to pay for the permit
-Parking then is free for Smithtown residents
-$7 for non-residents. (so it would be $8 total for the day)
With the permit this allows us to have tables under the pavillion and have non-residents park. We get tables in the shade, plus access to sprinkler area, 2 playground areas, and can walk to see animals.

All are invited It was sparked b/c the FTWM were jealous of all the summer weekly gatherings, so we all thought we'd play hooky one day

I vote for earlier. Make the most out of the day off. But seriously, any time works for us. babies usually nap in the afternoon, so you all will just have to listen to them screaming during that time.

i believe the sprinklers are turned off at 4, so the timing is probably perfect as it is.
i have no idea if i'm definitely in or not - again, I may/may not still be working at that point. I'm now due 7/18, so it depends on how I feel with this kid growing in me.

It's on New Highway which is actually an exit off the Northern State - it's the last one. I've never come that way so someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you can take that exit, and you'd make a left onto New Highway, the park will be right there on the left hand side.
