Merrick Pointe Apts?
Does anyone know anything about these apartments in Merrick on Smith Street? Any info is appreciated!

Do you know the cross street? I don't remember seeing apartments unless they're new.

The cross street looks like Brooklyn Ave, West of Merrick Ave.
We are asking because we are considering purchasing a home nearby and are wondering what kind of rentals they are. . . .

Do you mean that one apartment house in Smith Street? Its like one building with a few apartments. I grew up in Merrick and had friends in that area, I drove by that area tonight. Smith Street is a really busy street, and as far as myself and my sister know, the area hasn't suffered from the building, That area is still a really nice place to live.

Yes, its a small building and there is a church across the street, right? The apt building is kind of behind the home we are interested in, which is not on Smith Street. I was just wondering about the people that rent there, if its low income housing (which I'm guessing its not), how transient the rentals are, etc.
