7 month old - lunch options
DD currently has 2 meals/day:
breakfast - 3 TBS oatmeal and 1 jar fruit dinner - 3 TBS oatmeal and 1 jar veggies
Now that we are almost thru the fruits, I want to start a lunch. What should i do? I was thinking yogurt and fruit? Can I do cottage cheese? How many times a day do they have to eat cereal?

I don't know about cottage cheese but you can try yogurt. Yo Baby makes a plain one.

Re: 7 month old - lunch options
any stage 2's (when did she start cereal?)
if you started your DC earlier than 6 months than you can give her more foods... it all depends

DD is 7.5 mos and she gets her new veggie or fruit at lunchtime mixed with 1 Tbsp of cereal.
I have not started yogurt or cheese yet though.

I would move up to stage 2 fruits/veggies if you havent already. They are larger in size and mixed like Strawberry, banana, pear...or pear & pineapple or sweet potatos and corn.
So it introduces some new flavors your child hasnt had yet. DS also gets a taste of pretty much whatever we are eating now as well.
