What are you feeding your 10 month old for lunch/dinner?

What do they eat for dinner? What are they eating for lunch? I really want to try new foods with her and need suggestions - she's 10 months. Thanks

DD is almost 10 months and eats baby food, so I'm of no help!

For lunch, Taylor usually has some yogurt and veggies.

Dinner varies, we have been giving her more table food, so it can be grilled chicken, macaroni with a little butter and cheese, chicken soup, grilled cheese. She never liked pureed baby food, other than fruits.

Grilled cheese
Chicken broken into small pieces
Little pieces of meatballs (leftover from dinner the night before)
Pancakes
Waffles
Yogurt
Applesauce
Oatmeal

I have started giving him most of what we eat just broken up into small pieces and he is loving it!
He was at the ped today and he said I can give him pretty much everything we eat except strawberries, shellfish, peanutbutter, honey (i think that was everything)

Waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels, english muffins, those gerber fruits in a jar that are soft small pieces, yogurt, grilled cheese, toast w/jelly or cream cheese, those Perdue cooked chicken strips cut up small, small pieces of ham, small pieces of turkey with gravy, carrots pieces, peas, small pasta cooked in chicken broth, chicken fingers, tater tots, hamburger/cheesburger and he's had a few bites of other things we've eaten like pizza.

We give him anything we're eating to try (within reason) and he gets fed from the toddler menu at daycare because he doesn't like jar food. But he's so picky...he'll eat grilled cheese today and scarf it down and want nothing to do with it tomorrow.
