Pumpkin Chip Cookies
We made Pumpkin Chip Cookies today and they came out amazing!
2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine, softened 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 15-oz can pumpkin puree 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray OR lining with parchement paper.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs and pumpkin.
Mix dry ingredients in a seperate bowl and slowly add to the wet ingredients.
Last, add in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and bake at 375 for aprox 15-20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on wire racks and store in an air tight container.
Delish =) The kiddos love them, because of the chocolate chips! I love them because of the pumpkin! Image Attachment(s):
