I hope more homes come out this spring and April is a luckier month for us.

We've been actively searching since Jan and lost out on two homes so far so we're ready for something to turn around soon!
We're looking in RVC.

dont worry you will find it- our house has been on the market since oct 07 we are in contract and the house we just put offer on I saw for first time in same area we have been looking for in since october when we decided its time to upgrade yesterday!
when you see it you will know right away!!!!
stay within your means too, its not true that some homeowners are willing to take 100k off their price- we noticed that is not true as a post had mentioned about a week ago. so dont go to homes that you will fall in love with thats out of range too thats what we did at least and wallah a house came up brand new priced right and we jumped!

it will definetly pick up in the next month or so! it took us a year to find our house.. we just kept looking and were very patient!

the right house is out there. try to be patient. i found that i tried to really keep an open mind about the houses we looked at. you have to try to see past peoples stuff in their homes. try to see the potential for the house. maybe you can knock down a wall or redo a kitchen (if your budget allows). we def. looked within our budget. we didn't want to fall in-love with something we couldn't afford. we look in a lot of different towns before we found our house. GL and stay positive!

Yeah, we've already looked in 3 different towns and are very happy with the area we're concentrating in now but just waiting for the right house to pop up.
