9 weeks PG and fever
Do I call my doctor?
I have a temp of 99.8 but otherwise I feel ok.

I wouldn't even consider that a fever honestly. IF it were me I'd just stay hydrated and stay cool. I wouldn't call, but I'm definitely a non-alarmist so that's just my opinion. If it gets up over 100-101 I would def call.
But if you feel concerned you should always call.
ETA: if you're in the first trimester your baseline temp is going to be higher than normal.

I would. You can never been too cautious with a fever when you're pregnant. My dr always had me come right in when I was running a fever while pg.
