A big deal for me....
I was never able to run (street or tredmill) and 3 months ago I started for the first time. Today I ran a mile in 12 min. Its not great but hard work does pay off. Im hoping to do a mile in 10!

Awesome!!! IT IS A BIG DEAL!!!!!  Running is a lot harder than people in cars and on couches think it is! You should be very proud!
