Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
I tend to eat three breakfasts but I try to eat healthy.
Around 6:30 a.m. I tend to eat a granola bar or a small bowl (3/4 to 1 cup) of cereal (grapenuts trail mix, cheerios, total raisin bran)
At around 9 a.m. I have something fullfilling --- * Yogurt, Oatmeal, or Farina with nuts and berries * Rye toast with hardboiled egg whites * Whole Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter and sliced banana
The around 10:30 or 11:00 I need something else --- I have a piece of fruit ... nectarine, peach, orange, apple

Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
I'm a big fan of cereal with fruit. For the past few weeks I've been having Honey Nut Cheerios with blueberries, but I go in cycles (it was Smart Start before my HNC cycle ).

Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
Most days I eat a plain yogurt (I happen to like it...only 80 calories) with a measured serving of high fiber cereal mixed in (right now Kashi Good Friends or Trader joes high fiber O's). I try to keep my bfast very low sugar otherwise I feel yucky all morning.
Some days I make a protien drink, Spirutien protien powder, soy milk, ice & a banana in the blender.
Some days I get 3 egg whites on whole wheat toast w/salt pepper & ketchup.
Today will be an apple tofu knish (which I am going to turn into one of these days!!!) I'm so hooked

Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
Every single day I have a bagel with creamcheese. The women in the bagel store think I've gone into labor if I miss a day!

I have Crunchy Raisin Bran too!! I usually have strawberries and/or a banana cut up on top. If I want to change it up, I'll have the strawberries and banana mixed with low fat yogurt and some granola.

Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
During the week: I have a piece of whole wheat bread with about a tablespoon of light cream cheese and a cup of OJ, beofre I leave and get on the train. Once I get to work I have a packet of oatmeal with a V8.
Weekends: I have a bowl of cereal - either cheerios or raisin bran with a piece of fruit, a fried egg, and a glass of OJ.

Re: a healthy lowfat breakfast?
I eat cereal almost every morning with a glass of OJ. Not too exciting but I try to pick healthy cereals (grape nuts, wheaties, cracklin oat bran).
