A particular food making DC vomit?
So, DS threw up tonight for the first time. I was giving him dinner and I tried giving him pastina for the first time. First time he ate some, it seemed like he was throwing up, but he just spit up some mucus. I foolishly just thought he was stuffed up and getting a cold, so I kept feeding him the veggies I was giving him for dinner. I tried pastina once more and gagged like crazy and then proceeded to throw up his dinner and started screaming. I felt so bad for the poor little guy.
Weird thing, though, is that he had no fever, and after I cleaned him up he was happily playing on the floor. I called the doctor and she said it could have been the pastina but to monitor his temp. and call back if he gets a fever.
So my long winded question is has this happened to anyone else? Could his gag reflex be so strong to that particular food that he would get sick?

It could have just been a texture thing that made him throw up.
