acid reflux
Is it ok to eat chicken breast and low salt ham (cold cuts) if you have acid reflux?

It's totally dependent on the person, everyone has different triggers, the key (through trial and error) is to learn what yours are. For me, I know pizza is going to make mine act up, but if I really want it, I'll have it.

they should be fine. both are reasonably low fat items, and they're not fried, don't have caffeine, carbonation, or chocolate in them. LOL but again, try it, if it causes a problem you know not to have it again.
