Acid reflux meds and the Dr. Q
My DD got diagnosed with Acid Reflux and got her meds from the Pediatric GI, NOT the regular ped.
My husband does not want to pay 2 Dr's and says now that we know what she has why cant the regular ped. refill her perscription and adjust the dose.
Can we do that? Can the regular ped. "take over" or do we need to continue to see the Specialist?

My reg ped refills DS's prescription and changes the dose according to his weight. He is on zantac
