Activity and Weekly Points

So I normally don't track my activity points because most of the time I don't use them. I also try not to dip into my weekly points.

However, we are going away this weekend so I have been tracking everything including activity points.

Realistically if I go into the weekend with my daily points, plus weekly and activity points and use most of them where should I stand at the end of the trip?

Would I be the same? I shouldn't gain though right?

I don't know if I will make a meeting this week to get the new Ww stuff, and don't know if I am going to be able to accurately count/estimate points now because I have no clue how to guesstimate this progam.

I'm just trying to figure out if I eat semi good and stay within my points if I should be ok?

Re: Activity and Weekly Points

When I go away, I save all of my activity and weekly points (like you), but I don't bother counting (no counting on vacation!). Iusually gain a few lbs, but its usually water weight and I lose it all within a day or two of going back to normal.

You can't "save" activity points, they don't carry over from day to day. If you don't use them the day you earn them they are gone.

But, saving all of the weekly allowance is the best way to go. Enjoy your vacation and just get right back on program when you return. I always gain something while away, if only because the food is way more salty than the way I eat at home.

Re: Activity and Weekly Points

Then how come in e-tools they accumulate each week?

If I put in some fake numbers and go over my daily, it takes from my weekly first, then my activity.

I think Activity Points last for the week, but that's it. I think they do roll over from week to week. At least that's what I was told when I joined.

I also don't count on vacation. Is it an active vacation? Try to squeeze activity in then. I usually dip into my weekly points, and don't gain. I don't always lose, but I definitely don't gain. You might gain b/c of salt etc, but you'll take it off as soon as you get back.

Have fun!

This USED to be true, but it is no longer true. Activity Points Plus values can be banked for the week. If you don't use them by the end of the week, THEN you lose them.

Thank you for confirming. We are only going to Atlantic City with some friends (its a vacation away from the kids lol) and I know we will be eating and drinking more than normal.

Ah, i haven't been to my new program meeting yet so I was talking about the old program. I don't agree with this accumulating of activity points at all, but I don't seem to be agreeing with a lot of the things I'm hearing about this new program.
