Adding Aspirin?
Just did my transfer yesterday and took my lovenox shot last night.
The doc said I don't need to take aspirin also as that's what the lovenox is for.
reading past posts on here I see some people took both.
Should I add the aspirin just in case? Had 2 m/c prior. On fifth transfer.

I hate to go against the doctor but maybe it isn't necessary. We're you tested to see why you've had multiple miscarriages. Sooo sorry about your losses. I suffered a miss in March at 8 weeks... it sucks so I know your pain.

JJ - I had all the RPL tests done - told I am "perfectly normal female" - LOL. Yeah, I guess I am overthinking....do what the doc says I suppose.................

I would not take both. I only took aspirin after I was off lovenox.

I took it anyway. "Normal" people take it every day for various reasons. But that's just me.

I take both even now,and my kids are 2 yrs old
I have a lot of blood clotting issues and history of dvc
I would not take it unless advised by a doctor
It's bad enough when you get a little cut on lovenox,adding aspirin I bleed like a fountain lol

I would strictly follow the doctor's orders/instructions -- throughout my whole IVF process, I was super sensitive to following what I was told. After all, they are the experts.

True!
There's also such a thing as too much blood thinning for pregnancy. I dealt with multiple subchorionic hematomas that were gushing out of me for 2 months only to reform and gush again, and I was only taking baby aspirin and vitamin e.
Do what the doc says; Lovenox is powerful stuff.
