Advice...So If I am Four Weeks(seems weird to me)...
When do I go to my regular OBGYN? How long do people usually stay with their RE? I feel like I want to go now to my regular OBGYN because I at least want a list of what I can and cannot do, eat, etc..please advise.
I need steps..I am so confused!

I was with my RE until about 9 weeks. At my last appointment with him, he gave me copies of my chart and a cover sheet with a summary of what happened with the IVF cycle and any medication he wanted me to remain on.

You will probably have an u/s with your RE in about 2 weeks. Often the RE will release you to your OB then, some keep you for a few weeks. Most OBs have you in for your first appointment at 8 weeks, regardless of IF or not. Only some see you before then. So, either way you probably wouldn't be seeing your OB for another month. You can do a search on the PG boards for info. on foods and medicines to avoid b/c there is often a post with the same questions!  If not, post a question you have!

I was with my Re till about 6 weeks-7 weeks. Then they release you.
Most OB's wont see you that soon so I had to wait about a month. Hard after seeing an RE so much and so often to WAIT...but they dont care that you have had IF etc, thats usually how the OB works.
I saw the OB at like 10 and 1/2 weeks.

usually you are with the RE until you se the heartbeat. A regular OBGYN doesnt usualluy see anyone until 8 weeks anyway
But you can get the answers to all your pregnancy related questions on the pregnancy board.

I stayed with my RE till about 7 1/2 weeks, then I saw the OB was 8 1/2 weeks.

I have to see my RE one more time and then I am done and on to my OB. My last visit is on Monday and I will be 7w5d. My OB actually wants to see me just a few days after but they said no sono since I am getting one at my RE on Monday.
The RE saw the heartbeat this past Monday at 6w5d so they did give me all my files and they technically "released me" to my OB but they wanted me back one more time to just double check my progesterone since I am on progesterone supplements.
