I have excusively pumped for the past 10 weeks....trying to stop, need advice??

I am trying to stop my milk production. I am used to pumping 3 times a day, but I am ready to quit.

I skipped last night's pump and am trying to pump just twice a day now. How long do you think this process will take? When can I start going to one pump a day and when will my milk eventually just die away?

I would def. try to do it slowly, after a few days try pumping less at each session and then after a few days maybe cut another pumping altogether...
I have been thinking about doing the same but everytime I think I will do it I feel so guilty right now I am pumping 4 times a day...
