After a molar pregnancy question

So I just got home, it was a PMP I went to a new doctor. Did you girls who had one go on BCP because I don't want to because after my 6 month waiting period I only have a 4 month window of opportunity to get pregnant again and I am afraid that the BCP might create a problem. I told my husband I would rather use abstinance than BCP, I don't think he liked that, hahahaha. I just don't want anything to interfere with my chances, also what do you think the chances are of my levels going back up and me having a problem, the doctor acted like I have NOTHING to worry about...but I don't know...just so scared and shocked by all of this...

i went on to just make sure i didnt get pregnant. but just so u know they sometimes actually put people on the pill for 2 months and then make them go off to GET pregnant. its so hard - i wanted to be off it for a month before we started trying again so i only took it for 4 months.

why do u only have a four month window after the 6 months???

Because I am a seeking a teaching job for the following September so as long as I get pregnant by August of 2007 (I can start in May) I will deliver in time to give me 3 months at home with my newborn....talk about pressure....

i understand that though - it makes sense. the BCP is totall your decision. i only went on b/c they said i really should so we didnt have an accident...
