Try to relax as much as possible. Maybe take a nap during lunch if possible? Who could blame the little nugget for not liking the Subway?! 
lol thanks. Most times I have to work through lunch (I so need a new job). I nap on the way home.

I think your gonna be ok. Most M/C come on fast, not some spotting, then nothing, then some spotting. Thats usually the normal kind of thing that happens so soo many.
