After your shower, when did you buy out the remaining registry items?
There is still a good amount of stuff left on the registry and my shower was Saturday....when did you buy out the rest of it?

I went the following week...I just wanted to be done with everything! Although I didn't buy out everything, I left some things on there that weren't necessary immediately. Definitely bring a shopping partner...my SIL and I left the store with 2 shopping carts full lol!

i went a week after because i received the completion coupon in the mail. i only bought a few things that were necessary that we didnt receive. but i left a couple things unpurchased that i didnt need right away.

Some people bought more things when the baby was born, and then I just bought the rest as I needed it after he was born.

I went the next weekend cause I already had the completion coupon from BRU, BBB just came last week but they said they will refund me the differece, but it's only 10% and BRU was 15%

I didn't even use my completion coupon because it was only 15%...between my mom, my MIL, myself and coupons I printed out online of BBB & BRU I got 20% off of every item! I went to Massapequa BRU and tried my luck...if she let me use the 20% then great if not nbd...but she did!

I ordered online within the week after the shower. We were going to go to the store... but I was worried the items listed as online on the registry might not be available in the store.
I still have more to buy too!!!

about a week later I got all the basics. I used all the GC's I received. It helped a lot.

Good question! I want to buy the "big", necessary stuff as soon as I get my completion coupon, but my friend also told me to leave some of the smaller stuff up in case people still want to send gifts off the registry when the baby comes.
