all the talk of fitness, anyone her do that mommystroller thing?
I want to do this summer at eisenhower park, anyone already do it? I would like to know when it starts and how to sign up.. im ready to bust a move on this butt.

You mean Stroller Mamas?
I did it when DD was an infant & I really liked it!
I was a good workout & I met some really nice Moms!
We'd hang out at the park aftewards & chat, the owner is really nice.

I think it's still on their website, but as I recall you can use any stroller except an umbrella stroller.

I think it's still on their website, but as I recall you can use any stroller except an umbrella stroller.
When you did it, did you use your regular walking stroller, or did you use a running one? How fast did they go, i would really like to get a good workout.

I just used a Graco Metrolite...It a mix of everything- it's not too extreme but you definetly feel it..We used the resistance band at times & sang songs to the babies, did a little jogging/running but not much, a lot of fast-paced walking mostly, at the end we went on a mat & did abs.
Keep in mind I went about 1 1/2 years ago, so I'm sure things have advanced/changed a bit.
