We're not getting either DC very much. They have so many things, and they get too much stuff from relatives as it is. When they get too many things, they only pick one or two favorites, and the rest sit in the corner. This happens whether they get 3 things, or 30 things....

I bought my 7 month old a few things, but not crazy like i would if he was 3 and up. I know my family is going to go nuts and i dont have enough room in my apt for 10000 toys

I bought my 3 month old 6 toys. Clearly I am crazy!

We didn't go overboard. My son is 5.5, and he's getting the 3 items that he asked Santa for - and they were not much $$ at all. DD is 2.5, and she is getting smaller stuff to play w/her kitchen set and her dolls. That's plenty.

My DD will be 4 1/2 months...I bought her one gift...and it's really just something I picked up a while back and said I would hold until Christmas. She won't know the difference.

dd is 8 mths and i bought her a few things but i didnt go crazy..right now she has no idea and will prob be happier with the wrapping paper then anything else

i didn't get anything! it's his first x'mas. he has no idea. but you know hwat.. i buy stuff for him all the time. mostly clothes. he's got enough toys. next year will be different. ;)

We have bought nothing for our DS at all. He was born on Dec. 5th, and just taking care of him is hard right now--there's really no time to shop.

I didn't, she's not even three months yet so I got her two or three little toys.

i bought one big gift- leap from learning table

she's 8 months- she's going to get alot from everyone in our family i wasnt going to buy alot when she has NO IDEA whats gong on

next year may be another story though

We got Julia one BIG gift this christmas cause it was a lot of money!! She wanted the whole set of Thomas the Train Track Master, plus that huge Thomas the Train table it goes on. I did get her 2 more little gifts to open up since we can't wrap the big gift.

I bought her way too much. I couldn't resist the online deals. Maybe I'll return some...I do regret how much I bought!

I only bought 2 things for DS, and some clothing that he needs. He is only 7 months so I did not feel the need personally to empty out the toy store.

We're not buying DD anything. She's only a month old. Next year we probably will. Our family is buying her stuff. No need for much else right now.

I didn't get DD much. We got her an inexpensive kitchen and 5 small toys (a new cell phone, a pull string puppy, an Elmo remote control, a Snook doll & a bubble mower). She'll get plenty from other people and besides she's only 14.5 months old.

I didn't buy alot...we got her Gymboree classes....some books and one toy, thats it

I got him one outfit from us and then a Little People farm from Santa

My parents and MIL have gone WAY overboard, I feel like I own Toys R Us since my mom can't store anything at her apartment, all of the big stuff is here.

I didn't go crazy either. MY 10 mo old I only got 5 things and I have my family buying clothes for him (the next size up so I'll be prepared ) But I know what your saying, I hate saying it out loud, I feel like 5 gifts is nothing but really he'll probably enjoy the wrapping paper more.

I got Steven a bunch of things, but he got most of them already. He only has a few things to open on Christmas day. Plus, my family bought him all of Toys R Us, so there really wasn't much left to get him.

We got Logan a couple books, a small stuffed toy and a musical table from leap Frog.

That's it. I know the rest of the family is going to go nuts for him.

I just wanted him to have a couple small things to "open" on Christmas.

i'm only getting Alia like three presents from us, honestly she is not really into toys and she has so many stuff as it is.
We only give her what we can, so don't feel bad!

Last year I hardly got him anything, but this year I bought him a bunch of things because I think he will actually enjoy it this year and it's just too hard to resist!
