am I the only one who gets surprised when places don't have thier own website??
restaurants, resorts, spas...how is it possible for these places to not have websites?? I mean, I understand not having anything superfancy, but how do you just not have one at all??? craziness....
sorry, I just had to vent....

Yep! I always search for a places website so I can see what they have.
I hate to say it but, I make some choices based on whether I can get the info I need easily off their website.

Absolutely. I feel that if a place/business does not have any type of web presence that they may have limited funds or aren't professional. The internet is what a lot of people use to find services, information etc and to not have a site is doing themselves a disservice.

yes, that makes me NUTS.
and if someone doesnt have email  even worse.
or anyone under 40 that doesnt know anything about using a computer 
but I LOVE the 80yr olds that are listing on ebay and making digital videos, etc. (I met someone like this on our honeymoon, she made us a digital CD of pics we happened to email her of our wedding!)

ITA. We won't go to certain restaurants/stores if they don't have at least a basic website. It's $10/year to register a domain, $10/month or less to have someone host your site. Have some HS intern spend the summer making a cool site for free or very little money, and you'll recoup your costs in one day....

ITA! I have been trying to tell DH this for YEARS. Many of his competitors have AT LEAST basic sites. It is so frustrating I want to make one for him and not tell him! LOL
