am i the only one who wakes...
up with so much mucus and crap everywhere...??????????
i swear it takes me like 30 minutes to clear my throat of all the crap and coughing and then lowing my nose over and over again?
it's only in the am though..

nope--u aren't the only one.
The second I got pregnant, my allergies are back--my nose is always stuffed at night---I have crap in my throat--and i cough to where I gag sometimes..(and sometimes I do not just gag..

Me too. Nose is stuffy every morning.
And I get this yucky post nasal drip that makes me gag for the first 30 minutes I'm up in the morning.

oh no-me too!!
all the pregnancy books say, that all your mucous membranes are being stimulated by the pregnancy hormones-ugh!!!
i know this may gross some people out, but i strongly reccomend a nettie's pot. it is this ceramic pot that you put warm water and sea salt in. it fits in your nostril and you pour the warm water in and tilt your head a certain way and it pours out of the other nostril, along with all the mucous! you don't feel it at all and it is so relieving when you're done. i got mine at a health food store-really worth it!!!

no, since thanksgiving Im battling a cold I guess. I am taking Robitussin and tylenol and sleep with a humidifier. I am so congested and coughing so much. I lost my voice 2 days ago from coughing so much, and today I sound like a frog. My nose- where is that coming from?????????? so much mucous!!!!!
