This should be a carpet, not a bag!
And c'mon... roosters?!
For the record though, I like some of the VB today... I LOVE her wallets and her bags are nice for a casual weekend.

I only like them as makeup and travel bags.
I have a large make up bag an small makeup bag that I use for the beach and an extra large garment bag and Duffel for lite travel.
IMO they are not to be used as an everyday handbag. But it is cute for my Grandma to use it for that.

I am having flash backs seeing these. I used to work in a gift store in Islip that sold these bags. Every Saturday of my teen years was spent taking Vera Bradley orders from old ladies.

OMG! LOL I have such a confession. I really dont know so much about designer things. SO I had to google the bags and I am hysterical!
I have seen these around and always referred to them as "carpet bags" and I always thought they were like from Target or something  There were a few times when I saw a woman who was SO fashionable and I was always surprised to see that she was carrying some random noname bag!!!! I had no idea until just now!
I am hysterical!

i was at the fortunoff at westbury today, and walked passed the vera bradley station, totally made me think of your post, there were like 50 women in there as the bags were 40% off!!!!

I like the premise behind them, I just wish they offered the line in more contemporary fabrics. I love paisley prints, but for whatever reason, I don't seem to like VB's.

So funny, most of the girls at my job have them and I want to like them (peer pressure lol!) but I don't!! I'm more of a one color leather girl.
I was going to say the same thing. I love bright colors and bold patterns but for some reason I just don't like these bags.
