Amazing Steak Marinade
I make this often for London Broil and figured I'd share it with you guys!
It's always a HUGE hit whenever I make it
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
combine all ingredients and pour over steak - let marinate at least 4 hours - flipping occasionally. When you put the steak on the grill, SAVE THE MARINADE!!!! Put in a microwaveable bowl and microwave it for about 2 minutes. Use to pour over steak
Enjoy!
