Steak Marinade
We are planning on bbq-ing steak tonight. Anyone know of a quick and easy steak marinade???

I don't usually measure, I'm one of those, little bit of this, little bit of that...
Usually I marinade steak this way:
Some worsteshire(sp) sauce
Some olive oil
some grill seasoning
I'll also chop up a little bit of shallott and garlic
throw it all in a ziploc bag and put in the fridge for about an hour.
If I get home too late and I'm doing steaks, I usually just sprinkle some grill seasoning in and cook it that way.
