steak marinade?
we usually use the jack daniels or mccormicks but i am making steak tonight and wanted to do something different. anyone have their own recipes for a great steak marinade that i could whip up with stuff i already have in the house? TIA

mix werstoschire (sp?) sauce garlic a little ketchup and a drop of oil
marinate for as many hours as you can
DH loves this marinade

Worchestchire red wine (zinfandel is my fav) salt pepper cloves of garlic a drop of balsalmic vinegar a small bit of orange blossom honey
(I don't really measure.....so forgive me for not giving measurements).

If you want to try something with a little 'asian flair' try this:
Soy sauce, lemon joice, minced garlic, sesame oil, chopped ginger and scallions. It is really nice!
