Talk about a pleasant surprise!!  All AI surprises have been bad ones up until last night. I'm sooooo happy David Cook won! I didn't think he would but glad I was wrong. I think it came down to people voting like most of LIF did: it didn't matter HOW he performed at the finale. Good or bad they wanted him to win. No one is going to buy Archuletta's album except his dad.

Why isn't Amanda going to be on tour? Not that I would want to hear her sing again 
its only for the top 10. i believe she was the 2nd one sent home
