Yes. This case is dragging out more and more BS/lies. Enough, shes not innocent despite what she may think. What is the positives to her sitting in jail?

I'd convict her for sure, but I would not send her to death row.

Even though I believe she did it (and it's very possible it was premeditated) to me the state didn't do a convincing enough job to allow me to convict her of 1st degree murder and still be able to sleep at night.

I wouldn't have a problem sending ANYONE to death row if they killed someone............especially if they killed a child.

i would def convict her and give her life without parole but I am iffy on the death penalty so I dont know if I would choose that ever

I couldnt... honestly bc it didnt come out that she did in fact kill caylee altho thats the way it looks...

she doesnt deserve the death penalty because that would be mean she would be reunited with her in heaven, because as long as she asks god for forgiveness thats were she is going. i would much rather see her suffer in jail for the rest of her life.

While I think she did it and would love for her to fry, I don't think the evidence PROVED murder. So if I was on the jury, probably not.

I 100% believe that she killed her child.

I can say for sure that if she killed MY child I would kill her with my bare hands.

However, I don't think anyone has the right to take a life, so I don't think I could.

I haven't listened to the testimony as intently as some other people - mainly because I can't. Therefore, I can't say whether or not the State of Florida "proved" their case in a general sense. However, until the judge actually issues the jury instructions on the law and what facts they must find to declare a guilty verdict on each and every charge, the question of the death penalty is premature.

No because I'd rather her get life in prison without the possibility of parole although she probably would last very long in there.
