And it begins....getting rid of baby items

I felt so sad giving my SIL her bumbo seat back the other day. This will be the first of many baby items I return, sell or donate and it has meChat Icon

DH and I are in no place to bring any more babies into the world, honestly, if we were happy we would likely be done as well. He only ever wanted 2, I wanted 3 or 4. Financially, that would be tough to swing, we have a very small house, would need a mini van etc.

DH is away alot and I work full time and have my hands full with the 2 I have! I feel blessed with my Chat Icon &Chat Icon , but in some ways wish DS could have a brother or a sister for DD.

The thought of getting rid of my snap and go etc has me so sad. This wasn't meant to be a pity party vent at all.....

How do you come to terms with being done?

we are done too.

and there are days when I think, we could have just one more. but I had difficult pregnancies and I just don't want to go through it again.

As far as how we deal with it, I'll let you know when that happens. Chat Icon

Re: And it begins....getting rid of baby items

We're really on the fence about a 3rd. We too have a Chat Icon Chat Icon & DH is sorta on the our family is complete mode (there's days I am too). Yet all our baby things are in the basement & clothes, if it is time to give them away/sell them, it'll really get to me. So unfortunately I don't have advice, just Chat Icon
