And now, on to the next step...
On Wednesday I go to the doctor for what will be my first round of testing. I am having a sonogram and bloodwork along with some other tests to either diagnose or rule out for sure, why we arent PG yet. As I have said before, I truly believe the reason is timing and so does the doctor. However, there are some diagnostics he must run as protocol (I would imagine) to justify any future methods of conception. DH did an SA about a week and a half ago. We should get those results soon. If all goes well, the odds are I will have AIH in my doctors office with no medication and the sample will not have to be washed. I dont know the procedure as to when it would happen, but I am hoping we can start next month.
I am not nervous. I am not scared. I am not freaking out. I just want to get this going already.

whats your secret?
My secret is that I have no choice. We have not been able to conceive naturally thus far. Our choices have changed. I guess I feel that until or unless I (and/or DH) have been diagnosed with a medical condition preventing us from having a baby, that there is no reason to get worked up. If we ARE told that there are extenuating circumstances other than timing, then and only then can we worry.
There are many couples amongst many of the boards who have difficulty conceiving and I feel for them with my whole heart. I would not begin to put myself in their places as I have not been TTC long enough and I havent lived through what they have lived through. I would like to be as sensitive as I possibly can.
