West Hills Animal Hospital in Huntington (they also have a location in Commack). It is a tad pricey, but the Drs are amazing.
When you call up, the receptionists can tell you what he needs, etc ,because its all in there. Especially nice for a dog with adverse reactions to meds like my dog.
