Larry Birkhead is the father. He just announced to the world, "I told you so." The DNA results were unveiled inside and it it's a DNA match for Birkhead and Dannielynn.
An emotional Larry Birkhead thanked the crowd as he announced he was Dr. Michael Baird just said he released the DNA results to the judge. The probability of paternity is 99.9999%. Baid said, "essentially he is the biological father."

We Got Some Other Issues to Deal With
The parties will be back in court on Friday, though the lawyers were mum on why. TMZ believes Virgie Arthur is going to mount a custody fight, despite the fact that Larry's the dad.

That b!tch seriously p!isses me off. She couldn't take care of her own kids!! I hope to God this circus ends soon and Anna can finally RIP.

Paternity a Lock -- Custody Still in the Air
Lawyers just announced the judge has made a ruling on who gets custody of Dannilynn, despite the fact that Larry Birkhead is the biological father.
Birkhead says of Anna Nicole, "I think she would be proud I fought."

Yes I agree he most certainly was. They avoided the DNA test like the plague. Stern probably doped her up so badly that she coldnt make the decisions she needed to.

Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed....I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added "I will do evereything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual" so the baby can adjust.
Stern says he will stay in the Bahamas

In a remarkable twist, the one-time archrivals Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead hugged each other outside the courtroom.
Before hugging, Stern said Birkhead was welcome to come to the house and spend as much time with baby Dannielynn as he wanted.
