Virgie did NOT do a damn good job raising her daughter. She ended up an addict who had so many partners that she couldnt identify her child's father. Great job VIRGIE!

It doesn't matter now anyway...It is not over yet...
Stern is listed on the birth certificate as the father so by law he is the father.. there will be a custody battle..
I just feel bad for the little girl who no matter what will grow up without a mother....and no amount of money she will inherit will replace that...just my two cents..

Virgie Arthur Not Going Away
Virgie Arthur just said "All I care about and all I ever cared about was the safety of Dannielynn."
Arthur also proclaimed she "looks forward to working" with Larry. Her lawyer said it's in Dannielynn's best interest in maintaining a relationship with Dannielynn.
Her attorney suggested that Arthur would seek dual guardianship with Birkhead.

TMZ has received an exclusive statement from reps for Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, one of the men who claimed to be the father of Dannielyenn: "We never intended to take Dannielynn from anyone, we were just here in case Prince Von Anhalt was the father. We wish Larry luck in raising Dannielynn and we wish him the best."

Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed....I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added "I will do evereything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual" so the baby can adjust.
Stern says he will stay in the Bahamas
Stern's no dope. Now he's gonna try to make nice with Larry so he can still cash in. Who knows? Maybe they ARE lovers???

Good point! I don't even understand how she can petition for dual guardianship? Larry is this kid's father.

Dannielynn could be a very rich little girl, especially if her ship comes in on the Marshall estate to the tune of $423 million. The question -- who should administer the trust?
According to Anna's will, Stern was supposed to be the trustee for Daniel. Obviously, Anna didn't bank on dying before Daniel and there were no provisions made for Dannielynn. This is the stuff court cases are made of. Whoever administers the trust -- could earn 3% in trustee fees each year, and that comes to $12.6 million.

I don't know...I wanted Birkhead to win custody, but he looks like he just won the lotto in this pic:
So do you think he's excited about getting custody of his daughter or do you think this has more to do with the money.

I think since he advocated for himself as the father BEFORE Anna died, I think he really wants his daughter. There are people out there who are motivated to do the right thing in this world. I think he is genuine. Virgie Arthur, I dont trust. Howard K. Stern has no rights so he has no reason to fight.

I honestly think Birkhead is genuine. I have felt like this from the beginning, before she even died! I think he truly wants to be a real father to that precious baby..thank god!
I would be really upset if he did something to make me change my opinion about him..because as of now, I truly believe he is a good person.

TMZ Hooks Birkhead up With Stern!
After yesterday's paternity reveal, it seems that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern had a hard time arranging a tete-a-tete between Dannielynn and Larry. Stern's people told us that Howard tried reaching Larry twice by phone to invite him over, but couldn't reach him. So Howard's camp asked TMZ to send word to Larry that he and his family were invited over. We did, and hours later Larry and his brood were at Howard's for an emotional but happy visit.

I think Larry Birkhead is the only one in the bunch who was never about the money, since he insisted that he was the baby's father BEFORE Anna died. I think he really loves that little girl.
