I'm assuming that the black car all the way to the left of the photo would be car number 1.
If so, I definitely think there's enough room for you to move up and then another car can fit behind you.
It doesn't look that tight to me.

I woiuld honestly just back up and let someone else fit.
We have places like that on my block where 2 cars can fit and when people park so it takes up 2 spots, or even if they cna back upo more to make it easier and they don't I get really pizzed and plot in my mind only, to key their car next time
