Another Acupuncture Question
I'm so embarrassed to even ask this, but when you go for acupuncture specifically for infertility, where do they stick the needles? Hips? Stomach?
Reason I'm asking is bc I'm plus size and so uncomfortable showing my DH my huge belly, let alone a stranger  .
I know, stupid question, but thats the only thing that has held me back from going. I see so many success stories related to acupuncture and am dying to go, but I know I'm not going to be able to relax if they're all up in there.

 It may depend who you go to but my guy in Rockville Center does points on your wrists, ankles, feet, and ears. He only does your stomach during stims. I know it can be uncomfortable (I am not plus sized but still feel self conscious laying there with my belly out) but it's not done in that spot for MOST of the sessions.

Mine only does my belly/hips just before ovulation. She does points in my feet, the side of my knee, wrists, ears and top of my head.

Another Acupuncture Question
I go to a woman, Dr. Perretta. Maybe a woman would help? Most of the points are wrist, ankle, low back, sometimes ear. It depends where I am in my cycle, and sometimes it's the stomach. Room is dark and I just roll down my pants a little. It's not like the whole belly is out.

Another Acupuncture Question
Thanks for easing my worries everyone- I may just dip my toe in the water and go for a "regular" session first. Right now I'm in the middle of my cycle (I think), so ill try the fertility session once I'm cycling with my RE
