Another AG pool question
Our pool was just installed today. We bought a basic ladder and stair system originally planning to put a deck in but with the rising price of lumber we are going to forego the deck for now. My question is what type of entry system do you have/prefer/recommend for an above ground pool?

Another AG pool question
Since your forgoing deck for now, you’d need A frame. I think that would be your best bet for now. Steps leading up to pool and into pool.

Re: Another AG pool question
We got a metal pool deck and it has worked out really well. Looks like this only there is a ladder to get in and out of the pool onto the deck. Image Attachment(s):

We have the same. Most pool companies will put in the metal deck. We have stairs going into the pool.
The first year we had the pool we had the A frame ladder and no deck. It was a pain in the ass and the kids hated it. I did too as I'm fat and it was hard getting up and down lol.

Does the metal deck get very hot?

Not at all. Not sure what type of metal, but it does not get hot at all and the surface has a type of soft outdoor carpet on it that we power wash once a year.

Another AG pool question
Thanks everyone. I did a search for metal pool decks and a lot of them are out of stock. I'm going to call the place we got our pool and see if they have any.
