Another BRU/TRU PSA
I saw a small sign at the TRU customer service desk that said you can now return and exchange items without a receipt if you have a rewards card.

like they'll scan your rewards card and search for the merchandise on there? what about if something was a gift and you have no receipt? will they give you a store credit?

Thats the only thing I'm not sure of. It didn't mention specifics on the notice they had posted. I should have asked but was in too much of a rush and it was a zoo so I just wanted to get out of there.

ive been doing that for 8 mos already(thats how old my dds are)
as long as you used the rewards card when you purchased it they can scan your card and find the purchase

pretty sure it has to be something you purchased with your rewards card

I did a bunch of returns in November & they took everything back no problem (if the item was on sale, you got the lowest price) Just did it again yesterday with some Christmas stuff that I had, again, no problem.
One of the items I got full price for. The another was marked down from $25.00 and they gave it to me for $15.00.
