Another certification/name change ??
Hopefully someone can help. I never changed my name on my initial certification to my married name. I need to now apply for my professional certification. Do you think I should change my name first, then apply for my professional?

i went from provisional to permanent with different names - no problems at all - just mailed it in as if I hadn't changed my name

I actually just put in a request to change my name on TEACH. Very simple.

If you change your last name on TEACH, your new certificates will be written with your new last name. That's what happened for me.
