The schools are already out in June down there, so I would say September. They start back in August.

Both months are horrendous in terms of the heat but as the PP pointed out, kids will be in school in September, so crowds will be lighter.

Sept w/out a doubt. It will be very hot either way. But schools will be in session, and there are some good deals in Sept and the crowds are definitely lower. They also do the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) in Sept and Oct so they have halloween decorations up and it is a lot of fun (dance parties with characters, trick or treating, special parade and fireworks, little to no waits for rides).

We went in September a couple of years ago. It was great!!!! All the kids were back in school and there were no lines!!! we went on everything 3 or 4 times!!! in fact a couple of the rides the guys just let us go again, we didn't have to get off. it was extremely hot though. not one day was below 90!!

I live in FL, just a thought both those months are in our hurricane season. Also September the love bugs are out, not sure if they are in Orlando, but they are nasty and swarming about. I am on the east coast around WPB.

weather - both months will be HOT, but probably will get less rain in June. Sept is right in the middle of hurricane season.
crowds - sept is better as kids are back in school. FL schools are out in May so June will be more crowded esp on weekends.
price - i'm pretty sure sept is within value season so hotels will probably be cheaper than june.

What is with the lovebugs here??? It's never been like this the last 4 years we've been here. They are nasty and everywhere!!
