Another DOE pay schedule
DH was offered two jobs for the fall and we have the pay schedule but how do I figure out where he would fall? He is Master's +30 (finishing up his 30 credits this summer). Which column is that?
Also, would the pay at a middle school and elementary school be the same?
Any insight is appreciated - he's coming from a LI school background, so it's all new territory! Thanks!!

Teacher is teacher, regardless of grade...he may get experience credit up to 8b and then go over to the last column
