li teachers- how doe steh pay schedule work
in the city we get a pay based on our years of experience and our education toping at masters plus 30 credits for eduation and 22 years of service. how does your district work?

same way I believe.....I have a chart (sorta like a grid) you match up your years in the district with your credits earned and where they meet is your salary.

Yes, each year is a different step, and in my district your education scale is on the other axis. We get raises for credits in multiples of 15, topping off at 60, and past that is EdD/PhD

it goes to masters +60 in 30 credit intervals
counts masters as 30 credits terefore if your masters is more than 30 credits you start off with masters plus x credits

We max out at Masters + 75 credits and 22 years experience.
